The Cagayan State University Bids & Awards Committee is the one who facilitate and harmonize procedures and standards in the procurement process of the University.
We, the researchers created a web-based system to address the common problem encountered by the office of Bids and Awards Committee.
The purpose of this web-based system is to simply make the traditional way into modernized way of completing the task to the said office.
In here, the admin can easily post the list of opportunities were the target clients can view then quote for it.
Those aspiring clients can register to the website for the admin to decide if they are qualified.
The admin can accept or decline the registration once the client did not meet the requirements for registration.
